We have a requirement to create multiple requests in service now based on a CSV file uploaded through catalog item form a in the service portal . We are using a Transform map with an onafter script to process the CSV File and create requests based on the rows of the file.
The issue we're facing is that if any rows are ignored during the import process , those ignored rows are not being captured in the import set row[sys_import_set_row table], We need a way to identify and log those ignored rows and print that information in the parent RITM submitted through the portal.
Could anyone guide me on how to capture and print the ignored rows in the parent RITM.
