Hi,
I'm having an issue correctly modelling our Services in Service Now. Our scenario is that we support both internal and external clients.
The scenario we have, which I'm sure isn't that uncommon is:
Generic Service (e.g. Web Hosting)
Different variants of that Service (defined by factors such as Resolution SLAs or extensions such as extra storage)
On the surface this sounds like a straightforward Business Service - Service Offering model. However, the issue we're having with representing this in Service Now is that:
A Customer can have multiple instances of the same Service variant and we need to be able to identify them uniquely.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Depending on how you have your ServiceNow setup, you can always create multiple Business Services and Service Offerings for each of your requirements, then split it up by adding the Department, Location or Company?
This way you can have the same service but split out and owned by separate companies?
From that, if you change your forms to allow for only visible CI's per company
