Business StakeHolder in ITSM

Hello Experts,

I would like to know what all modules/tables the business_stakeholder can read in ITSM suite?

Hi Rocky,

 

Users with this role can view and approve records within all products of ITSM.

So they can see:

Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests, view PA and CMDB

They also have read-only access to:

SCTASKS, RITMS

As far as I know, these are all read only roles, so while they can see all the records, they cannot work on them (except approving).

 

I've seen the role being used to replace the approver_user role. And here is the definition from the ServiceNow docs:
