Hi,

By Using the ATF i want to attach a file/attachment is there any possibility please help me out.

I am having a catalog item which will submit if and only if i attach the screenshot if i check the ATF there is no any such step to perform such kind of functionality, please help me out any alternative.

The requirement of yours is not possible through ATF.

Please help me out do we have any KB article will let us know Attachment is not possible through ATF.

Please share me the link if anything is there related to this.

We don't have a specific KB article. This is because of your customization I can see.

You can raise a High ticket with ServiceNow they will also say the same thing that this customization is not possible with ATF.
