CAB meeting - set filter conditions for agenda items

Hi all,

We are trying to correctly configure the filter conditions for the change requests in our CAB meetings.

We have CAB meetings two times a week - on Tuesday and Thursday.

1. For this week's Tuesday's meeting, we want all the change requests which are in 'Authorize' state by the end of the day Friday (of past week). That is, it should accommodate requests from Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of past week.

2. And for Thursday's meeting, we want all the change requests which are in 'Authorize' state by the end of the day Tuesday. That is, it should accommodate all requests from Monday and Tuesday.

Please help with the appropriate conditions that can be given.

Also, please let us know if this would require two CAB definitions (one for Tuesdays and one for Thursdays meetings) or it can be done as a part of one CAB definition?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Vidv,

You first of all need 2 CAB Definitions the criteria is different on each CAB day.

Tuesday:

Thursday:

The conditions should get you any Change that is in Authorize and created is up until the end of those days.

Kind regards,

Enrique

I am trying to implement something similar for Monday and Wednesday meetings. The way this is set up does that filter condition mean those tasks will only get added if the current date is 3 days after the creation?

In my test set up for example I have CAB definitions with this criteria, a CAB meeting set for 3/10/2025, when attempting to add agenda items to that meeting for a sample change I created on 3/6/2025 the agenda list does not populate with that item I have created. Is that because the actual date is still 3/6/2025 and 3/10/2025?

Sorry if this is a confusing question, it's my first time setting up Change Management.
