Hi All ...
In a previous post, I mentioned the CAB schedule we are setting up.
We are setting up two CAB meetings per week (Monday & Thursday).
I have set the same start & end times for both CAB schedules.
Meeting start time: 2026-05-11 14:00:00
Meeting end time: 2026-05-11 14:45:00
Each CAB will review changes that start at 17:00 the same day as CAB through changes that start 23:59 Sunday.
This is the Schedule entry for every Monday, 14:00 to 14:45
I update the schedule, then update new CAB definition, and then refresh the agenda.
When the refresh finishes, I end up with the new CAB meetings showing that the date/time range for changes to be reviewed are now rescheduled to the time the CAB review start date and exactly 7 days later for the end time of changes:
So for each CAB meeting entry, I have to go in and manually update the agenda to match the "Change requests starting after & Change requests starting before dates to what I had initially set.
I am not sure how to resolve this, other than manually update each CAB meeting entry.
Anybody else having this issue?
We're on the Zurich release
Thanks in advance!

It is expected, as either you can set the CAB agenda condition in the CAB definition, or you’ll need to change it manually for each CAB meeting—there’s no other way to do this.

The odd thing is that it had been generating the CAB meetings without modifying the time in previous iteration of our CAB definitions.
Maybe something changed in Zurich.
