When I 'Refresh Agenda Items', to create the workbench, I notice that all New items that need approval are listed first on the Agenda. After that all other open changes are listed in a random order. Clicking on 'Order' seems to just reorder them, however I am not given an option to change the order of the agenda items. In our CAB meetings, we discuss changes in the following order: New, Scheduled, Implement, Review. Is there a way to get the workbench to put agenda items in a specific order or do I need to manually change the order before each meeting?

Hi Trisha,
Depending which version you're running the answer is going to be a little different.
Istanbul:
There is an order action on the Agenda Items related list. You can use the standard list controls to re-sort by any field in the list (black arrow), in my case change_request.priority, hit the order action (red arrow) and it will update the order column with the appropriate order. Ultimately, the order column determines the order in which your agenda items will be discussed.
Jakarta:
We updated to using the condition builder to allow ordering by one or more columns. Similar to Istanbul, it drives the order field in the Agenda Items list.
I hope that helps!
Best regards,
