Calculation of reopened tickets

I need to know if there is a possibility of accounting for reopened tickets. I need to measure this and would like to know how. Thank you!

Hi @thamys,

I am understanding that you want to know which tickets are reopened, if so you can used the field "Reopen count". If it is greater than 0, it means that ticket has been reopened.
