Have you checked out the Notifications already provided OOB (Out Of Box).
Essentially, the email (Notification) sent is base don context and triggers. For example when an Incident is created, or perhaps when it is resolved.
The template for each and what it reads depends on your requirements. I do however support where possible a unified template or notification that can be leveraged for many different notifications (If possible).
Type 'Notifications' in the Navigation menu and click on the link under 'Email'.
From here you can see the sample Emails for each table such as Incident and Problem to give you some help.
If you want more granular and specific UX emails, some 'Templates' (Found under 'Email') are also available to help guide you.
