Hello @kranthi2 ,
ATF's are meant to test the applications, customizations, and configurations on the instances. Moving the test results kind of beats that purpose. You should be executing the ATFs on each instance to produce the Test Results and verify if they are in sync.
If if want to go ahead with moving the Test results importing and exporting the XML records of Test Results works fine as they are not captured in update set by default.
Steps : Open
All -> Automated Test Framework (ATF) -> Test Results
Open the test result you want to export as XML.
Note : also export the "Step Results" of the Test Result to have all the information related to test.

Hi @kranthi2
Why do you want to move the results from Dev to Test?
Test results are generated when you run the tests—they're not meant to be migrated. What’s the purpose of having test results in the Test instance? It’s not a valid use case.
You can only move the ATF test cases, not the test results.
