Can not able to closed cancelled state field for change

Can not able to closed cancel state field for change (change _request)pop up is coming ( lunable to find UI action with name _model_to_canceled' on table 'change_ request '.) This is the popup. 

 

Can please help me to closed cancelled stata field for change
