Hello,

 

Can we configure the @mention users in the journal input restricted to only few roles.

Example: I want only people with sys_approval_admin role to be able to get tagged in incident notes field . 

Any user will be able to mention users with only sys_approval_admin role and not any user with other role .

 

Any leads on this is highly appreciated!!

Can you explain  more?

journal field should restrict for particular group is it correct?

if yes then you can create ACL to restrict access to it based on role
