Can we configure two different indpendent virtual agents on two different portals.

Hi I am trying configure two Virtual agents on two portals , both have to be independent and behave differently .

Not able to achieve , need help if anyone have already did this.

Hi there,

In theory this is possible. You can add a specific Agent Chat configuration record for each portal. Within that record you can also specify which branding record to use (and with that the branding, setup topics, etc).

You did mention "not able to achieve". So can you mention any specifics?
