I am trying to add a list of related incidents to the caller of the actively open incident in the Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace application. I would like it in the Related Items Menu in the form pane. When trying to use I get 'The Incidents by Same Caller' embedded list is only supported in UI16 and earlier.'
I would also accept showing this list anywhere else in the workspace. For help desk this is a huge resource of information to use while working a call with a user.
