Hi Everyone,
I've created a catalog item and in the workflow Catalog Task I have not selected any variable to show in the SCTask.
Yet everytime I create a request it populates with all the variables. If I seelect a single item to show still shows all variables. Please help I just want to remove all the variables from the SCTask.

Hi
Can you please check whether the checkbox field named "Global" on the catalog variable form is "True". In case if it's not there then add it to your form layout and then uncheck it.

Thanks for the response Sagar. But I included a screenshot as you can see there is nothing on the selected part and yet all variables are showing.

Wow! I would have never figured that out. But yes adding the Global field to the form and unchecking it removed it from the SCTASK and kept in the RITM which is what we want.
Thank you!
