Hi Support Sales Team,
I recently signed up and filled out the form to explore your ITSM system. However, after logging in, I’m seeing a message prompting me to contact sales.
I was hoping to explore the platform using the free version, if available. Could you please guide me on how I can proceed or access a trial demo version?

Please realize that this is the ServiceNow community, not ServiceNow the company. What exactly did you sign up for? You can go to the developers site and get a PDI (personal developer instance) where you can test anything you want.

I’m not sure which link you’re referring to—could you please share a screenshot or the exact link where you’re seeing this message? Generally, if it’s related to PDI, there’s no need to contact the sales team, and usually, no message is displayed.

That's the ServiceNow site. You created a ServiceNow account to log into their site. You didn't get an instance. As mentioned before: go to the developer site and request a PDI.
