the timeframe conditions for sending SLA breach warning notifications are usually defined in the SLA Workflow or Flow Designer flow — often referred to as the Default SLA flow. This is where the logic for things like “send warning at 50% of SLA time” or “notify before breach” is implemented. The SLA definition (option A) holds the general SLA parameters like duration, schedule, and conditions, but not the actual notification timing logic.
