Hello Team, We currently have a system generated process for a Catalogue Item that creates a request to correct Locations within ServiceNow - this Catalogue Item has a Fulfilment Group, however how can I change the assignment group for the 'Locations' request to be assigned to a different Assignment group please? Is it via a script action? Thank you.

Hi Winnie - You can either use Run Script for a workflow or go with a flow designer to automate this (No coding required).

Hi,
Can you share how the assignment group is populated?
Is the group populated on the catalog task?
Are you referring to setting the group based on requester's location

Thank you Ankur, the assignment group is currently populated by the Fulfilment group in the Catalog Item below. We also have a scheduled job that creates this request with a description to check Locations that are empty and does not have a Site Support group assigned, we would like this request to be referred to a different assignment group and if possible add a list of Locations that does not have a site support group assigned to that request, hope that makes sense:)
