Looking into conflict detection and the setting of the ‘Change Management Conflict Analysis Properties’ is a global setting. Also this is not domain separated. I'm wondering how people have dealt with a situation where part of the business do not want conflicts to be identified on their changes, but others do want conflict detection.
I mention domain separation because it is likely to be that there will be customer using the environment and they may have different requirement around conflict detection.
