Schedule Assistant in Change request conflict detection

Hi All,

When I clicked on schedule assistance on a change request conflict calender, it is saying no schedules available even when there is a upcoming maintenance window in few days. We are using oob change request conflict detection process. Please help me understand what is wrong in this. Sharing screenshot.

It is very difficult to read the text on that pop-up. However, I was able to make something like that appear by making the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date exceed the allowed amount of time per the configured maintenance window. Look at the configuration for the maintenance window and reduce the planned time duration so it doesn't exceed that window.
