Hello guys,

In the "Cab definition" form there's a field "Rolling meeting window" to define how many meeting times this CAB will occur.

Is there an option not to limit its at all? I thought maybe if keep it empty?

Please advise

Thanks in advance

Eitan

Hi Deepak,

Thanks for answer.

The question is if remain the field empty it means indeed what I assume -   no limitation of how many times this CAB will take place ?

I believe this is not about a limitation of how many CABs will occur, but how many in advance will be scheduled and day after each CAB instance, the next cab will be scheduled.

Say you have a 30 day window for a weekly cab. At the on-set you get 4 CAB meetings. After the 1st cab, 5th CAB is scheduled. after the second CAB 6th cab is scheduled. So you always have 4 scheduled CABs. Aka, you have as many CABs scheduled as the re-occurrence fits into the rolling window.

However, keep in mind that the scheduling has to be manually triggered - or you need to create a scheduled job to accomplish the same.

Rolling Meeting Window: Number of days for which you want to create CAB meetings. The CAB schedule and related schedules, if any, determine the number of CAB meetings that are created. For example, if you have a CAB schedule of once every week and you enter 28 days in the Rolling Meeting Window field, then three CAB meetings are created.

To change whether it should occur once in a week or once in a month there is a related list called schedule entries we can customize there
