Change - Planned start/end dates and Actual start/end dates - Where it the latter stored?

I have a requirement that will need to use the Planned and Actual start/end dates for when a Change Request is performed.  I have found the "Planned start date" and "Planned end date" fields on the [change_request] table but I am unable to find fields for "Actual":

Is anyone able to help with my following questions please?

1. Where can I locate the Actual start/end date fields for when a change is performed?
2. Could I use the [change_phase] table to achieve this? I'm not 100% certain what this table is used for, but from what I found, it appears to record details for each phase of a change and also contains both "planned" and "actual" start/end date fields.

Thanks, I wasn't aware you could right-click the label to access options to display field details. Good to know!

Hi

Actual start date is the label for the field work_start, thus Actual end date correspond to work_end field.

If you have admin priviledge in the instance, you can check the field name right-clicking on the label in almost any form of any table:
