Change Price of Catalog Item using Catalog Client Script

Hello,

I need to change the price in the cart using catalog client script.
I am using a text box to enter a value in it, and this value gets added to the price in the cart.

Just let me know how to set the price using catalog client script.

Santosh,   I am running into the same problem.   I'd like to update the item price from a text field on a generic catalog item.   It sounds like you have a work around.   Can you elaborate?

Yes, we hired a contractor to revamp some of out catalog process including communications and the cart pricing.
