Change Request is getting in inactive (active = false)

Hi Community Members,

I am facing issue on change form, Right now we are using custom form fields and custom workflow on change form.

we are using custom state field, but now we have a requirement to change custom field  to  OOB state field(which is on task table) on change request form. Accordingly  I am changing  process flow and state field and workflow conditions.

when change request state is moving from access to authorize, change is getting inactivated automatically (active is false).

Couldn't found any BRs or Script includes on active field which is making inactive. Refer below screen shot highlighted in yellow color for reference. 

change state is custom field and state is OOB field .

Please help me here to solve the issue and let me know by using OOB state field will have any scripts or state transitions to verify in the backend.

also check for workflows / flows according to what you're using..

HI @sravani50 I’m sure this is getting conflicted with your custom fields or workflows. Out-of-the-box, when moving a change from ‘Assess’ to ‘Authorize,’ it always gets approved. Please disable all custom logic and check.
