Change Request moved to New state from Schedule automatically.

Instead of going to the implement state, one of my change requests was abruptly switched from the scheduled state to the new state.
I'm looking for the cause, but I'm not finding anything. Is there a way to help explain why this is happening?

You might start by checking the Change Model transitions to see what is allowed for that change model:

Once you have checked this, it should inform you on if that transition is automated, or manual. If automated, look into the Workflow configured for that Change Model. If it is manual, then likely someone may have been able to just change the state on the form using the state drop-down.
