Change request type is set as Normal instead of Standard.

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with a Standard Change Template I created. When I open the Change Request Record Producer from the Service Portal, the Type field is still displayed as Normal, even though it should be Standard.

I’ve already applied the solution suggested in KB2163500, and in the Change Request values the Type is correctly set to Standard and the Model is also Standard. However, the type shown on the portal remains Normal. 

Has anyone encountered this issue or knows what might be causing the portal to ignore the template values?
