Hi,
I’d like to understand how the Change Risk Assessment values are populated based on the responses to the assessment questions. I know it can depend on thresholds, but I'm noticing a mismatch between the displayed value and the backend value. Could you please guide me on this?

Hi @prerna_sh
The value stored in the field is what's displayed when you click the eye icon (🔍).
Also, it looks like the assessment is incomplete. I recommend trying to repair the ' Risk Assessment' plugin once, and then re-test it in your instance. That should help resolve the issue.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @prerna_sh
I received an email notification that you added some comments, but I’m unable to see them in the thread.
Did you happen to delete the comment?
I’m particularly interested in the screenshot you attached — could you please upload it again? It would really help me understand your point better.
When I tried same thing on different instance with defining risk questions, value in "field' is "high", but when i click on "eye icon" it shows something different like low or moderate.
Attached screen shot is just for example (just to show what I'm talking about),

Yes, I did, but that screen shot is different, that contains same value in field and eye icon, that's why I deleted.
