Change Success Score - by business service rather than assignment group.

Hi,

I'm looking to use change success score so that I can get to a point whereby dynamic risk assessment is possible. However, on the change success score dashboard it's only possible to breakdown by assignment group.

Is there a way that this can be done by business service?

Technically, you need to add a new interactive filter that includes Application Services. This will allow users to dynamically filter and view data related to Application Services, enhancing the usability and relevance of the dashboard or report.
