Change Success Score Card is Not Visible for Assignment Group Field in Change Request Form

Hi All,

We have installed Change Success Score plugin and we have run the schedule jobs Change Success Score Metrics(Historical Data) on demand job and Change Success Score Metrics (Daily). 

We could see both jobs were running without any issues but Change Success score card was not visible next to assignment group field in change request form. 

Field level decoration item next to assignment group field was disabled. When i move my cursor on the decoration item  am getting error that "No implementation score was available for this assignment group".

In change success score dashboard i could see avg and default score was 527 for all groups and also metrics were caliculating the scores.

Hi @kamma_priya,

You're getting this error because the Performance Analytic (PA) job has not run yet.  The PA job is a daily job that collects the first set of success scores until the next job is run. The default time is 02.00 UTC. Only after this job runs, you'll get the score card details of the assignment group.
