Does anybody know if you can change the order of the "emojis" in the survey template simile faces? Default is very dissatisfied to very satisfied. I would like them the other way around, from very satisfied to very dissatisfied.
I found this article and tried it but still can't get it to work. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/administer/assessments/task/t_ChangeTheOrderOfAnAnswer.html

Okey. But that is only when you use the Image scale? You can't change the order in a template?

As far as I can tell in Xanadu, you can change the order of definitions in Assessment Metric Definitions [asmt_metric_definition] but NOT in Assessment Template Definitions [asmt_template_definition].
This seems like a bug in design and/or development. In any case, it appears if you want control over definition order, you can forget about definition templates.
I would be quite happy to be proven wrong.
