Hi,
In Dictionary entry of Author field in knowledge table under Default value tab the Dynamic Default was enabled and value is set as "Sender" . But due to some POC is disabled the checkbox and did my testing but when I was trying to enable the field and search for the Value I am not able to see that record . Is there any reason for that. Thanks in advance.

Right Click on Form header -> Show File Properties
Then see the OOTB version and revert to that
