check conflicts on change is checking recursively

Check conflicts on change form is running continously, it is stopping after long time. Please help us here.

Change conflict works for all open changes, and so if the count is high, it will, but as per my experience, it has not stopped. We are dealing day in day out and didn't find any issue. might be repair the change conflict plugin once.

it is running for the same change and showing the same conflict multiple times and it is running on the same change again and again, and updating the conflict last run contionously.
