Hello Team,
Child incident should be created based on Affected CI when we click on "create child incident" option in "Action on selected Items" in that incident.
This is an urgent requirement.
If anyone already worked on it. Please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG
Our requirement is that we want to create child incident based on all affected CI?
For that we have to create a tag in "Action on selected rows" called "create child incident".
Once we click on that "create child incident" then it should create child incidents with all the affected CI's.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Sriram28
But will not create too many incidents ? You need to create a BR which copy ci from here and rest information from Inc.
Please check the incident properties once.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
