Hello ! I am doing a customisation where this one specific C.I is connected to a Catalog item via a UI action. This particular CI form has a button which on clicking redirects to the Catalog Item. How do I ensure that certain values from some fields in the CI form are inserted in certain fields of the Catalog item when the button linking them is clicked and the Catalog item form is loaded in the service portal?
The fields in both C.I form and Catalog item are different. The action has to happen only when you navigate to this particular CI ,open its and click the button which redirects you to the Catalog item form in the service portal.
