Cisco DNA Center Integration

I have an integration configured with Cisco DNA and ServiceNow (Washington DC).  The integration is done, but for some reason it's not generating change requests or incidents from Cicso DNA into ServiceNow.  What am I missing?

yes the information you sent is good and the youtube video is also good, but i'm trying to troubleshoot why it's not creating incidents and change tickets.  All the configuration is done and looks correct, i'm sure i'm missing one stupid little setting somewhere that will allow the incident and change tickets to be created.

I can't find any documentation on the specifics of how it works and where to look at the logs/event viewer/etc  to troubleshoot the issue.

I actually just resolved it.  It was pointed to the wrong endpoint for SWIM events in DNA Center.  Thank you for your help though.
