Citrix IT Service Management Connector Plugin

Hi All,

 

We are installing a plugin called "Citrix IT service management connector" with the version 25.1.0. I need a technical documentation and architectural diagram in ServiceNow. and  end to end flow of the application. Please help me to get these information

Hi AG,

 

Thanks for your response, I'm looking for a document or something like what all configuration introduced with these plugin in ServiceNow. and what are the new tables, flows, rest messages, schedule jobs, Business rules were creating with these plugin and what is the functionality of these script and the end to end flow in servicenow.
