Citrix IT Service Management Connector Plugin

Hi All,

 

We are installing a plugin called "Citrix IT service management connector" with the version 25.1.0. I need a technical documentation and architectural diagram in ServiceNow. and  end to end flow of the application. Please help me to get these information

I can help with the ITSM Adapter Service details. I am an SME with Citrix (harold.winne@citrix.com). I would need to determine also what company you represent when you email me.
