Clicking on Create Knowledge button on Resolved Cases getting Record Not found on CSM WorkSpace

When we Click on Create Knowledge button on Resolved Cases getting error message that Knowledge Record Not found on CSM WorkSpace only and it is working fine in Servicenow Backend(Native) view. We are facing this after Washington DC Patch 6 Upgrade. Earlier it was working fine on Vancover.
