Closed Complete Request showing up under Open Requests in Service Portal

Hi all,

 

I have a request that is Closed Complete but is showing up under Open Requests on the Service Portal. 

 

Any idea why this is happening? How can I remove the Request from Open Requests?

Can you check the active flag in the requests? You mayn't be setting it to false.

Could you please check , the SC Task and RITM. Also please check is REQ closed manually by a user ?

Go to 'request_filter' table and check for record and see the condition.
