Closed tickets in Service Portal

Hello, 

I see in several conversations that you guys see closed tickets in Service Portal. The question is that I am not able to see how to configure SP in order to see closed tickets, I only see active incidents and request in the portal. Could you provide me some hints in order to see those closed tickets?

you need to develop custom widget to show all closed tickets and add this widget in your portal page.

you can reuse code from existing list widget to show closed tickets.

 

OR

 

you can modify your existing widget code to include state value of closed.
