Comments in the Knowledge article are disappearing after refreshing page in portal.

Hi,

Upon refreshing the page, Comments are disappearing After adding to Knowledge article in the portal. It is for all the Articles and all users. But the comments are being stored in kb_feedback table.

Checked the widget 'Knowledge Article Comments', scripts and Business rules of kb_knowledge, kb_feedback tables.

Couldn't found anything. 

Could you please let me know the possible cause and where do i further more need to check ?
