Concurrent Import sets

hello all,

How do we use concurrent import set with the existing Inbound webservice table, we have configured import set api using inbound webservice. While third party is sending data into ServiceNow data is not coming and it’s throwing timeout error. So we have decided to use concurrent import sets. Could anyone please guide me how to link concurrent import sets to our existing inbound webservice.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

For Rest Import Set API transaction quota rule, the default timeout period is 60 Seconds. Could you please confirm at what extent we should increase the timeout as per ServiceNow best practices.

@pdurgapavan

as per best practices we should not increase it beyond 60 seconds.

Only increment if optimization fails.

Try to increase from 60 to 90 and observe how it behaves.
