Actually there is a script include which is returning sys_ids of knowledge bases.
So in the kb_knowledge table we are calling that script include.
For Example: Knowledge_base.sys_idINjavascript: new KB_List_Records().flow_validation();
If we click on run after given all filter conditions, the Admin user can able to get the result. But Not non admin user not able to get the result.
We checked the script include roles. The non admin user has same role. But still the script is not returning anything.
This we identified on after the October patch 7.
If any one know the root cause for this issue, please do the comments.
