Hello, everyone,
I'm doing the ITSM simulator. Can someone help me with this task? Can you give me the list of actions to complete the task? Thank you!
As a change manager, I want all fields to be set as read only after a change is closed.
- Create/Modify the Security rules so to ensure that all fields are set to read only for all users after a change is closed.

Note! The condition "State is not Closed" should be applied under section Data Condition in the ACL record.
