Hi Team, 

 

When we put close code as in-complete, then the next task will be in pending state, will not move to open state untill we click on Continue fulfillment on the RITM UI action. 

 

How do I get a report for all the RITM's where the Catalog task's were kept incomplete.

Hi @B Ashok ,

 

Create a report on sc_atsk table, bring the Requested Item field > set the filter condition to state = Closed Incomplete.

 

If u see duplicate RITMs , add a group by as Requested item
