Service fulfilment steps for approval without workflow /flow designer

Hello Team,

 

I have a requirement as below:

 

there is a field called "Roles" which is drop down that has 4 options like ( itil, manager, snc, internal).

Roles1st  level apporval 2nd level approval3rd level approval
itilITSM groupService DeskTSL group
managerTSL groupService DeskSME group 
internalSME groupService Desk 
snc EMS groupService Desk 

 

How we can create sevrvice fulfilment step?

Do we need create each service fulfilment stage  for each fulfilment step ?

 

How to give order ?

 

I tried but not working , please help

Hi @Sriram28 ,

 

If you are using service fulfilment then you have to create step for each approval, however if you want to use flows you can utilize decision builder to easily configure this.
