Connect Problem to Incident Ticket

Hello,

 

i need litle bit help about connecting a Problem to a Incident Ticket ( see Picture bellow ) - when i want to connect it, it show and listed me only "false" option - when i use the loop, lookup via the list i got a new tab with all the problems what works correctly and without issues.
I try via Dictionary EntryProblem [Advanced view*] | sys_dictionary - but i am struggling what to add or what to change there to get the right value when i start to write PRB and then to get something from our problem table

I have exactly the same condition added from the picture that you send and still got the "false" in the box

Seems some wired issue. 😞 If PDI try to repair the plugins. or try cache clear.

Not helping because i do it before already, i checked and clear the cache and not working
