Connection error between ServiceNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ

We installed the following SailPoint IdentityIQ for Service Catalog v2 app and have been working with the SailPoint IIQ developer. When we browse to the Service Catalog and select our "Manage Access", we get the following error message:

Cannot connect to SailPoint IdentityIQ server. Please contact Administrator. Error Code 001- Check Admin Setup.

I have verified that our setup parameters are correct and the account we are using has admin privileges to IIQ. Any ideas would be helpful.

  1. Log into IIQ
  2. Go to your Applications -> Applications Definitions
  3. Click on the ServiceNow application name.
  4. Click the 'Configuration' tab and verify the ServiceNow credentials - URL, Username, Password
  5. Click 'Test Connection' which should show as 'Successful'

This should correct your connection to ServiceNow issue.
