We installed the following SailPoint IdentityIQ for Service Catalog v2 app and have been working with the SailPoint IIQ developer. When we browse to the Service Catalog and select our "Manage Access", we get the following error message:
Cannot connect to SailPoint IdentityIQ server. Please contact Administrator. Error Code 001- Check Admin Setup.
I have verified that our setup parameters are correct and the account we are using has admin privileges to IIQ. Any ideas would be helpful.

Hi,
We recently got the same error. It started after we installed a new version of the SailPoint Plugin after a refresh of the ServiceNow instance. Our SailPoint Team indicated that they updated a library in SailPoint and the error was gone.

We have the connection working in DEV and are trying to do the same in QA.
I'd also be curious about the what was updated in the libraries on the Sailpoint side to fix that issue.
I'm checking my setup files making sure it's similar to Dev in format.
And added some host file entries.
