Connection error between ServiceNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ

We installed the following SailPoint IdentityIQ for Service Catalog v2 app and have been working with the SailPoint IIQ developer. When we browse to the Service Catalog and select our "Manage Access", we get the following error message:
Cannot connect to SailPoint IdentityIQ server. Please contact Administrator. Error Code 001- Check Admin Setup.
I have verified that our setup parameters are correct and the account we are using has admin privileges to IIQ. Any ideas would be helpful.

Other things that helped are checking Firewall and Network ports. If they are closed off because device or software down or updates fix that, possible Oauth tokens not working however these I believe usually alert with a different message.
